MSVU Mystics vs. UKC Blue Devils

Haligonians should be out in droves Friday night as the top two teams in the Maritimes face off in a battle of unbeatens. MSVU (4-0) and UKC (4-0) are featured in the CCAA Rankings, with the Mystics currently sitting at No. 4 and the Blue Devils close behind at No. 8. Both teams are high scoring squads, with each netting over 100 points more than they have given up.


Dawson Blues vs. Géants de Saint-Jean

Les Géants de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (2-2) and Dawson Blues (4-0) represented the RSEQ at the 2023 CCAA Championship, earning the silver and bronze medals respectively. Les Géants (CCAA No. 13) are looking to rebound from a pair of recent losses to the current Conference leaders, including one at the hands of the Blues (CCAA No. 6) just last weekend.


Fanshawe Falcons vs. Conestoga Condors
OCAA - Men's Volleyball
November 18 at 8:00 p.m. ET

     

The country’s No. 1 team is looking to bounce back from an unexpected mid-week defeat against the Mohawk Mountaineers (3-4). Fanshawe (5-1) doesn’t have much time to reflect on their first loss of the season as they journey up the 401 to take on Conestoga (5-1). The Condors are riding a four-match win streak which has helped pull them even with the Falcons in the OCAA West.


CMU Blazers vs. PUC Pilots
MCAC - Women's Volleyball
November 18 at 6:00 p.m. CT

     

The Providence University College Pilots are looking to take the next step this season after narrowly losing the 2023 MCAC Championship. The Pilots (4-0) are off to the right start and will look to continue their winning ways as they host the Canadian Mennonite University Blazers (2-2). Don’t sleep on the Blazers though, despite losing to PUC (CCAA No. 12) to open the season CMU is coming off a pair of strong wins over ACC last weekend.


  Opening Tournament Hosted by CUE Thunder

The 2023-24 ACAC Badminton season kicks off with an exciting first tournament at the Ralph King Athletic Gym, hosted by the experienced Concordia Thunder, who held last year's championship. Anticipate a remarkable display of artistry and competition from CUE, NAIT, SAIT and TKU, as the Thunder set the stage for an exceptional tournament and season. – Story courtesy of the ACAC.


  Langara Falcons vs. Camosun Chargers

November 17 at 8:00 p.m. PT & November 18 at 3:00 p.m. PT
     

The Camosun Chargers (6-0) put their undefeated record on the line in this rematch of last year’s PACWEST bronze medal game. The Langara Falcons (4-2) are starting to heat up and are filling the basket, averaging over 87-points a game. This will be an interesting contrast to the Chargers (CCAA No. 8) whose defense has been holding teams to just 60 points a game.   – Story courtesy of the PACWEST.
