UKC Blue Devils vs. Holland Hurricanes

The Mount Allison Mounties (12-3) and Holland Hurricanes (9-7) are first and fourth respectively as they both prepare to host the third place UKC Blue Devils (10-4). The Mounties (CCAA No. 6) and Hurricanes (CCAA No. 12) are both coming off wins over the Conference’s previous number one team, the MSVU Mystics (CCAA No. 10), who UKC will face to close out the season.


Dawson Blues vs. Vanier Cheetahs
RSEQ - Men's Basketball
February 17 at 7:00 p.m. ET

     

The CCAA’s No. 1 Ranked Dawson Blues (18-1) visit the Vanier Cheetahs (17-2) who are currently fifth in the country. When these MTL rivals squared off in November their rankings were reversed with Vanier on top and Dawson in the five spot. The Blues took that contest and haven’t lost since their season opener while the Cheetahs have won seven straight.


Championships Hosted by Centennial Colts
OCAA - Badminton
February 16-17

     
The top singles players and doubles teams from the OCAA's East & West Regionals meet in the Conference Championship hosted by Centennial College. Along with the Colts, Cambrian, Conestoga, Fanshawe, George Brown, Humber, Seneca and St. Lawrence will be represented at the Championships. The OCAA gold and silver medalists will advance to the 2024 CCAA Badminton Championships, hosted by Seneca February 28 - March 2.

PUC Pilots vs. ACC Cougars

 February 16 at 6 p.m. CT & February 17 at 12 p.m. CT

     
The Providence University College Pilots (16-0) are just two games away from posting a perfect regular season. The Pilots (CCAA No. 10) haven’t lost a set in over a month but the last team to win one against them were the Assiniboine Cougars (9-7). ACC has been PUC’s toughest challenger all year and this double header may be a MCAC Championship match preview.

The NAIT Ooks are hosting badminton athletes from The King’s Eagles, Concordia Thunder,  and SAIT Trojans to determine this year's apex players and teams. The top competitors will earn Conference hardware and advance to represent the ACAC at the 2024 CCAA Badminton Championships, hosted by Seneca Polytechnic from Feb. 28 - Mar. 2 in King City, ON.


Langara Falcons vs. Okanagan Coyotes
PACWEST - Women's Basketball
February 16 at 6 p.m. PT & February 17 at 1 p.m. PT
     
The Langara Falcons are visiting the Okanagan Coyotes for a pair of games that may determine the PACWEST’s final playoff team. The Coyotes can punch their ticket with a pair of victories but the Falcons can pull even in the standings if they steal two on the road. If things aren’t settled this weekend, Okanagan will need to secure a win or two against Douglas (CCAA No. 15) while Langara faces the league leading VIU Mariners (CCAA No. 4).
