The GPRC Wolves host the ACAC’s Running Room Grand Prix #3 this weekend, the mid way point of the cross-country running season. The event will also serve as a preview of the Muskoseepi Park Course, which will be the site of the 2019 CCAA Cross-Country Running National Championships on November 9. |

OCAA Golfers will wrap up their northern swing around Lake Simcoe with a stop at the Georgian Grizzlies Invitational at Heritage Hills Golf Course. The Lakehead Thunderwolves hosted the student-athletes the previous day at the Hawk Ridge Golf Club. The golfers then wrap up a busy week of golf with the Niagara Knights Invitational, hosted at the Grand Niagara Golf Club on Sept. 23. |

In what is perhaps the top current rivalry in the CCAA, the last two CCAA Women’s Soccer champions square off this weekend in Quebec City. Saint-Lambert defeated Garneau last November in B.C. to win CCAA gold, ending Les Élans’ four year run as national champs. The Cavaliers (2-0-0) are ranked No. 1 in the country, while Garneau (2-0-1) is second in the RSEQ and the CCAA rankings. |

The defending ACAA champion MSVU Mystics (0-1-1) will try to rebound from a rough start when they host the St. Thomas Tommies (1-0-1), who are coming off a dominant 6-0 victory over Crandall. Both the Tommies and Mystics were featured in the first CCAA Ranking of the season, and a strong weekend of play could see one or both make a return. |
