Humber Hawks (B1)

The Humber Hawks defeated the Durham Lords in three sets to capture the OCAA Championship title. Led by OCAA Player of the Year Jake Gomes, Humber cruised to an 18-0 record and first-place finish in the OCAA West Division. The Hawks, CCAA Champions in 2012, will face the Holland Hurricanes of the host conference. Holland went on a four-match winning streak to end the season and place second in the ACAA. The Hurricanes fell in three straight sets to the St. Thomas Tommies in the conference final. |

Volontaires de Sherbrooke (B2)

The Volontaires captured the RSEQ title in a hostile environment with a thrilling five-set victory over the host Titans de Limoilou. Led by third-year middle Julien Vanier, Sherbrooke finished atop the RSEQ standings with a 15-5 record. The Volontaires’ only CCAA title came in 1993. They’ll face the Lethbridge Kodiaks, the ACAC Wildcard entry. Lethbridge was defeated in four sets by the Red Deer Kings in the ACAC Championship final. The Kodiaks finished tied for first with the Kings in the always tough ACAC South Division with a 20-4 record. |

Red Deer Kings (A1)

The Red Deer Kings were crowned ACAC Champions once again after defeating the Lethbridge Kodiaks in the conference final. Red Deer went 20-4 during the regular season and shared the ACAC South Division regular season title with Lethbridge. The Kings, who last won the CCAA Championships in 2016 and 2017, are 13-time National Champions. They’ll face the host St. Thomas Tommies, who are the ACAA Champions. Led by ACAA Player of the Year Christian Christie, St. Thomas went 12-3 and finished first in the conference. The Tommies defeated the Holland Hurricanes in the ACAA Championship final. |

Capilano Blues (A2)

The Capilano Blues defeated the Camosun Chargers in a thrilling-five set PACWEST Championship final. Capilano, led by fifth-year setter Simon Friesen, went 18-6 during the regular season to finish in a tie for second in the PACWEST. The Blues have twice made it to the CCAA Championship final, falling both times to the Red Deer Kings (2004, 2005). They’ll face the Durham Lords, the OCAA Wildcard entry. Durham was defeated by Humber in the OCAA Championship final. The Lords, led by fifth-year setter Liam Gray, finished atop the OCAA East Division standings with a 16-2 record. |
