It's still early but a home-and-home series between the Douglas Royals (2-0-2) and Capilano Blues (2-0-1) is likely to establish top spot in the conference standings and CCAA Rankings. The Royals and Blues are No. 1 and No. 2, respectively in the CCAA. While both have been high scoring teams, the only goal the Blues have surrendered was to the Royals in a 1-1 tie earlier this season. |

Running Room Grand Prix # 3 ACAC CROSS-COUNTRY RUNNING September 22 |

It's a unique week for Cross-Country Running in the ACAC as the Running Room Grand Prix #3 has been divided into North and South events. The GPRC Wolves, 2019 CCAA Hosts, will welcome competitors from the northern half of the conference while the Lethbridge Kodiaks host the southern teams. Both the Wolves and Kodiaks will be striving for strong team finishes with the first CCAA Rankings set to debut on Tuesday, Oct. 2. |

OCAA Golfers will wrap up their northern swing around Lake Simcoe with a stop at the Georgian Grizzlies Invitational at Heritage Hills Golf Course. The Lakehead Thunderwolves hosted the student-athletes the previous day at the Hawk Ridge Golf Club. The golfers will get one final tune-up before championship season at the Niagara Knights Invitational, hosted at the Grand Niagara Golf Club on Sept. 24. |

Les Élans de Garneau, four-time defending CCAA Women's Soccer Champions, face les Indiennes d'Ahuntsic in the always-competitive RSEQ. The conference rivals are once again featured in the CCAA Rankings, with Garneau (3-0-0) on top at No. 1 and Ahuntsic (1-1-0) looking to climb up from the No. 12 spot. Both teams will also be keeping a close eye on the Champlain Saint-Lambert Cavaliers (3-0-0) who are off to a strong start and ranked second in the country. |

The Holland Hurricanes (4-0-0) have been on a tear to start the ACAA season, but the UKC Blue Devils (2-1-0) and MSVU Mystics (2-1-1) are not far behind. The Halifax based Blue Devils and Mystics will meet Thursday night to establish second place in the conference. A win will bring one of them closer to the Hurricanes in the standings and possibly the CCAA Rankings, where Holland currently sits at No. 3 in the country. |
