Douglas Royals vs. Okanagan Coyotes
PACWEST WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
November 16 @ 6:00 p.m. PT

It is a bit of a log jam in the standings but a matchup between a perennial contender and the league’s newest team could shake things up. The Douglas Royals (2-2) will visit the Okanagan Coyotes (2-2) who are hosting their first regular season home game as a member of the PACWEST and CCAA. Both teams will also face the Capilano Blues (3-1) this weekend with all three having the chance to enter the CCAA Rankings.

Tournament #1 Hosted by TKU Eagles
ACAC BADMINTON
November 18

Student-athletes from the Olds Broncos, NAIT Ooks, and Concordia Thunder will travel to the Home of the Eagles to kick-off the ACAC Badminton season. The King’s University hosted tournament will be the only one in 2018 before teams take the court again in January. However, the student-athletes will be looking to start the season strong in their quest to earn a spot on ACAC Teams that represent their conference at the CCAA National Championships in March.

Mohawk Mountaineers vs. Humber Hawks
OCAA WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL
November 15 @ 6:00 p.m. ET

There are five teams with three wins in the OCAA West Division, and a match between the Humber Hawks (3-1) and Mohawk Mountaineers (3-2) will alter the standings. All five squads are currently chasing the undefeated Fanshawe Falcons (5-0) who are Ranked at No. 6 in the CCAA. The Hawks are the CCAA’s No. 11 team, but this matchup could see them move one way or the other.

Lynx d’Édouard-Montpetit vs. Élans de Garneau
RSEQ WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL
November 18 @ 1:30 p.m. ET

The Lynx d’Édouard-Montpetit (6-1) and Élans de Garneau (5-2) are first and second, respectively, in the RSEQ standings. The teams are also the only two Quebec schools currently ranked in the CCAA, with the Lynx at No. 7 and the Élans in the No. 12 spot. After playing a lengthy stretch of away games, Garneau will be happy to finally have home-court advantage – Edouard-Montpetit’s only loss of the season came on the road.

Holland Hurricanes vs. Mount Allison Mounties
ACAA MEN'S BASKETBALL
November 18 @ 2:00 p.m. AT

The season is still young, but teams are already looking to see if anyone will dethrone the Holland Hurricanes (4-0) and their six-year run as ACAA Champions. The UKC Blue Devils (2-1) may be up to the challenge, led by emerging two-way star, and recent CCAA Athlete of the Week, Ben West. It won’t be any easy challenge for any team however with the Hurricanes currently ranked No. 2 in the CCAA.
